We partnered with El Araby Group's strategy team to build strategic thinking capabilities across their mid-level leadership. Over three months, participants experienced an immersive learning journey using Maven's IDEA Framework, blending facilitated workshops, self-directed learning, peer collaboration, and real-world application projects.

Misr Takaful Insurance

Annual Celebration: Recognizing Success, Energizing Teams

We partnered with Misr Takaful Insurance to design their annual end-of-year celebration for 130+ team members, transforming a traditional recognition event into a strategic experience that strengthened team bonds and built momentum for the year ahead.

The day combined CEO recognition of achievements with outdoor experiential team-building activities. From collaborative problem-solving challenges to competitive games, each activity reinforced teamwork behaviors participants would carry back to daily work. Teams across functions and branches connected, building relationships that strengthened future collaboration.

The result: participants left not just appreciated, but genuinely energized and aligned for the challenges ahead. Strategic celebrations drive retention, engagement, and performance simultaneously.

Building Team Cohesion Through Cultural Connection

We partnered with Foodics KSA to design a Ramadan Iftar experience that went beyond traditional team building. Through carefully crafted experiential activities focused on communication and collaboration, participants engaged in trust-building exercises, problem-solving challenges, and collaborative competitions, all while honoring the cultural significance of Ramadan.

Using Maven's signature facilitation techniques including blindfolded navigation exercises, team-based problem-solving simulations, and collaborative goal-setting activities, the program strengthened cross-functional relationships and reinforced Foodics' values of trust and teamwork. The blend of festive warmth with strategic team development created lasting behavioral change beyond the event itself.

Global Brands Group

Warrior Break: Reconnecting Remote Teams

We designed a large-scale team building experience for 100+ Global Brands Group team members who rarely work face-to-face. The "Warrior Break" program addressed a critical challenge for remote-first organizations: maintaining team cohesion, collaboration, and leadership capability when daily interaction happens through screens.

The two-part experience strategically balanced reflection with action. The indoor session focused on change management—equipping leaders to navigate organizational transformation and build resilience within their teams. The outdoor component featured experiential activities targeting specific skills: trust-building exercises, collaborative problem-solving challenges, communication simulations, and leadership development scenarios. Each activity was debriefed to connect the experience back to workplace behaviors.

The result: Remote colleagues became connected teams. Participants reported significantly stronger cross-functional relationships, increased confidence in leading through change, and practical tools they immediately applied to their distributed work environment.

MEP Construction

V-Land: Building Values Into Every Project

We partnered with MEP Construction, a rapidly growing electromechanical contractor targeting regional expansion across MENA, to solve a challenge every scaling organization faces: how do you maintain founding values as you grow? Using Maven's signature V-Land experiential methodology, we designed a values communication experience that made abstract principles tangible and actionable for their engineering and site teams.

The experience began with exploring organizational change and why values matter during transformation. Then teams entered V-Land, a hands-on simulation where participants physically built structures representing what MEP's values meant to them. Through collaborative construction, debate, and creative problem-solving, teams externalized their understanding of values like integrity, excellence, and teamwork. The capstone: each participant developed a personal action plan for practicing these values in their specific role and workplace context.

The transformation was immediate and visible. Participants moved from passive listeners to active architects of their organization's culture. By building something physical together, they created shared meaning around abstract concepts—and left with concrete commitments for behavioral change.
